Certification Demonstrates Risetime's Adherence to Higher Industry Security Standards for a Service Organization
CHICAGO, IL — November 1, 2018—Risetime, Inc, a leading provided of hosted solutions for OpenText and other enterprise software packages, has achieved the Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 compliance certification, a standard defined by the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants, reinforcing the company’s commitment to security best practices.
The certification was issued by an independent, third-party firm that verified Risetime's process and controls along with testing the operational effective of these controls and determined Risetime met the Trust Services Principles standards for security, availability, processing integrity and confidentiality. The critical takeaway is that Risetime has not only established the controls but was able to prove that we followed those controls over an extended period of time.
