Chicago, IL - July 2007 - Microsoft just released a great new video case study on the Business Process Management (BPM) project that Risetime completed in partnership with the Illinois Tollway. The project was a multiphase initiative to improve administrative procedures using Captaris Workflow, Microsoft SharePoint, and InfoPath. The results included significant cost savings, a dramatic reduction in turn around times, and improved employee productivity.
