Eligibility

Employees All active salaried full time employees
New Hires Eligible for health and welfare programs as of the first of the month following date of hire (with the exception for Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability which requires a 60 day waiting period).
Dependents Spouse and dependent children are eligible to participate in health and dental programs only (up to age 19 or to age 23 if a full time student).
