4. Where are you located/where would I work?
Our office is located in downtown Chicago, near Union Station at the corner of Jackson & Clinton. Our teams work at our downtown office and at our client offices throughout the Chicago area. Occasionally, we also have opportunities to work on short-term out-of-town assignments.
5. How much out-of-town travel is expected?
Most new team members should expect to travel approximately 25% of the time.
6. Do I need a car?
Many members of our team do not have cars, but if you are ever assigned to a Chicago area project that is not easily accessible via public transportation, you would probably need a car to get to work.
7. Do you have offices in cities other than Chicago?
Risetime has operated satellite offices in the Dallas, Tampa, Pittsburgh, Cleveland and Washington D.C. metropolitan areas, but the vast majority of our team is based at our headquarters in downtown Chicago.
8. What would I be paid?
Compensation varies depending on your experience and qualifications.

10. What is the dress code?
We are usually business casual, but you may wear jeans and tennis shoes on Fridays. When working at client sites, we always adhere to the client's dress code.
11. How large is Risetime?
We currently employ approximately 70 consultants. We work with Fortune 1000, Mid-Market and public sector clients (see Risetime Clients for details).

14. Are there opportunities for ongoing training at Risetime?
Immediate & long-term performance and goal-setting sessions are conducted with each individual. During these sessions, training and skill development goals with formal execution plans are established for the subsequent 6-12 months. Additional training may also be provided as needed for specific projects.
