Description:  Risetime is currently looking for a Microsoft .Net Developer to join our Chicago office (next to Union Station). This position will involve design, development and implementation of Microsoft .NET applications.  This position is open for candidates seeking full time salaried employment or contract position.  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional IT experience (consulting experience preferred)
• Experience with .NET and related tools including C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, Windows UI, XML, SQL Server 2005, Visual Studio
• Full life cycle software development in a team environment
• Experience designing, developing, implementing and documenting Microsoft applications
• Experience interacting with clients for requirements gathering, review and testing  

Preferred Requirements:

• SharePoint experience is desired
• SharePoint or .NET certifications a plus
• Experience with any of the following also considered a plus
• .NET 3.0 and later (WCF, WF, WPF, LINQ, ASP.NET AJAX)
• ORM tools/frameworks
• tiered architectures, object-oriented design, generics
• test-driven development or testing frameworks such as NUnit
• SQL and report writing
• working with a source code repository such as VSS, SVN, TFS, etc.
• working with continuous integration tools such as Cruise Control
• deploying applications into testing and production
• BS Degree in Computer Science or related
