Description: Risetime has immediate openings for .NET/Web Developers with practical SharePoint experience to join our Chicago office (next to Union Station). This position is open for candidates seeking full time salaried employment.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional IT experience (consulting experience preferred)
- Strong background in C#, Microsoft SharePoint and InfoPath technologies
- Be willing and able to lead the technical implementation of SharePoint 2007 projects
- Thorough understanding of differences between WSS, SharePoint Portal 2003, and SharePoint 2007 functionality and technical architecture
- Deep understanding of Object Oriented Analysis and Design
- Strong knowledge of IIS, Anonymous Access, SharePoint Configuration & Administration, Permissions and Other Security Features
- Practical hands-on experience developing SharePoint and .NET applications
- Working with Lists - standard and custom lists and views
- Working with Web Parts - standard and custom web parts
- Developing, debugging and deploying custom Lists, Web Parts, and Workflows using Visual Studio and SharePoint Designer
- Practical knowledge of the SharePoint Object Model
- Customizing the SharePoint Look and Feel using Master Pages, Cascading Style Sheets and SharePoint Designer
Preferred Requirements:
- SharePoint 2007 and .Net certifications preferred
- BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
