Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional IT experience (consulting experience preferred)
•  Business Analysis – capable of leading the requirements gathering process with clients and creating formal requirements documentation, including wire-framing of the user interface, workflow diagrams, and use cases/user stories
•  Assist in creating test plans and user acceptance testing
• Able to take on some project management responsibilities, including team leadership, control of project scope and status reporting
• Comfortable working in a team environment with senior management, business users and technical developers
•   Possess very strong oral and written communication skills

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with workflow, content management, and document management systems
• Experience in a Microsoft SharePoint 2007 environment is highly desired
• Project Management – leading small to medium size teams (3-5 people) through an iterative development process
• BS Degree in Business, Computer Science or equivalent
