Horton/Cambridge Homes selected Risetime to develop a solution to increase the efficiency of their field sales offices to process personal custom requests made by new home buyers for all upgrades to a home. The resulting SharePoint based solution, integrated with Captaris Workflow and RightFax technologies allowed Cambridge Homes to control vendor costs and increase customer service expediency and satisfaction.
