Joe Cromer
Hello, I’m Joe. I’m a managing consultant with a SharePoint 2007 Microsoft Certification. Here at Risetime I play the role of Team Lead and Business Analyst on our major SharePoint engagements. Some notable projects include Dollargeneral.com (MOSS Web Content Management), Ariel Investments (MOSS/InfoPath custom workflow), Suzlon Wind Energy (MOSS Portal), Global Lead (MOSS Portal), McHenry County (MOSS Web Content Management), Lake County (MOSS Web Content Management). I received my undergrad at Western Kentucky University with a degree in Advertising. Before my days working with SharePoint, I ran my own e-commerce consulting company specializing in solutions built on Microsoft technologies.

John Hauppa
Hello, I’m John. I’m a senior consultant with certifications in SharePoint 2007 Configuration and Development as well as Groove configuration. At Risetime I play the role of technical lead for various SharePoint implementations. Before working with Risetime, I spent time working on various web and desktop applications as well as packaged products built on the Microsoft platform. I have a degree in Civil Engineering for the University of Illinois.

Josh Metcalfe
Hi, I’m Josh. I’m a SharePoint consultant here at Risetime. My responsibilities range from SharePoint Administration to custom development for SharePoint (as well as SharePoint Designer). I am a MCP, and hold the MCTS certification for Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 – Configuration. I have been doing software development/consulting since 2005. I did my undergrad at Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, IL and hold a B.S. in Applied Computer Science.

Rick Rietz
I’m Rick, and I head up our SharePoint Solutions practice area at Risetime. My role is to provide thought leadership, management expertise, and technical know-how to the SharePoint solutions we deliver to our clients. Over the last 15 years, I’ve worked with all kinds of organizations – from Fortune 100 companies to small and medium businesses, as well as government agencies and non-profits. Prior to joining Risetime in 2002, I was a Managing Consultant at Metamor Technologies and Senior Consultant at Accenture where I focused on custom application development of object-oriented solutions. I have a B.S. Degree in Business with a concentration in Computer Information Systems from Indiana University, Bloomington.

Dan Rodriguez
Hi, I'm Dan. I'm a consultant specializing in developing ECM/BPM solutions using technologies such as SharePoint, Alchemy, and OpenText LiveLink. Prior to working at Risetime, I have worked at startups and large organizations in various roles from web developer to business analyst. I have a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois-Chicago and an M.B.A. with concentrations in Leadership/Change Management and E-Business from DePaul University.

Dave Schwantes
Hey, I'm Dave. I'm a Microsoft certified SharePoint 2007 consultant here at Risetime. My main focus is SharePoint user experience and custom look and feel development. I did my undergrad at University of Illinois - Champaign/Urbana where I got my degree in Math/Computer Science. I'm currently pursuing my masters in Human Computer Interaction at DePaul.

Lateef Shariff
Hello, I’m Lateef. I’m a project Consultant here at Risetime playing the role of Business Analyst/PM. I work for the SharePoint Solutions team specializing in WSS and MOSS implementations of portal, collaboration, and web content management. I’m a Microsoft Certified Professional in Delivering Business Value Planning Services and also Microsoft certified in SharePoint 2007. Having both a technical and business certification allows me to effectively help companies demonstrate business value by integrating business needs using technology. I have a B.S. degree in Computer Information Systems from DePaul University.
