They sought a solution that would improve their operations, reduce paper, increase productivity and enable prompt retrieval of the information.  They also sought a solution that could be extended to the other administrative functions of the divisional headquarters.

By employing a short, but thorough, analysis of their shipping and receiving procedures, Risetime was able to identify the strengths and weaknesses of their current processes. Risetime offered a document and records management solution for the efficient processing of their excessive paper flow.  Risetime is working with Parker Hannifin to acquire the solution and to integrate it with their operations.

Parker Hannifin will realize a substantial reduction in processing costs and printing costs.  The return on investment is forecast to be achieved by the end of the first year.   More importantly, they are looking to achieve improvement with their customer and vendor relations, as they will be more responsive to their inquiries and concerns.  The managementof ISO 9001 documentation will be upgraded to allow the division to remain complaint with ISO 9001 standard’s requirements.
