As the client was currently utilizing Microsoft SharePoint as a company-wide portal, the Risetime solution was built within SharePoint to provide single sign-on access. This also leveraged their current investments in SharePoint, ASP.NET, and SQL server technologies.

Solution Overview
The Risetime solution, Employee Review Management for SharePoint, has provided the client with a streamlined interface to conduct many of the essential components of monitoring employee performance. It allows employees and managers to interact and receive feedback in a pre-determined and uniform manner.

• Provide managers with powerful search capabilities and tools to efficiently review and evaluate employees.

• E-signature capabilities to allow management to electronically sign off upon review completion.
• Request additional performance feedback from other managers and employees, through the use of automatically created and pre-populated emails.
• A complete record of past employee reviews, goals, and results.

Value Measurement

The clients’ management and employees are now regularly using Employee Review Management, which has provided them greater efficiency and more open communication between management and employees. The solution has given those in upper management access to employee evaluations, creating greater visibility throughout the chain of command. It is easily accessible through the company portal, where the data is stored in a centralized location. Dashboard views, accessible to management and human resources, provides easily configurable charts, graphs, and key performance indicators to demonstrate the most accurate picture of the employee performance review process across the organization.
