The clients’ management and employees are now regularly using Employee Review Management, which has provided them greater efficiency and more open communication between management and employees. The solution has given those in upper management access to employee evaluations, creating greater visibility throughout the chain of command. It is easily accessible through the company portal, where the data is stored in a centralized location. Dashboard views, accessible to management and human resources, provides easily configurable charts, graphs, and key performance indicators to demonstrate the most accurate picture of the employee performance review process across the organization.
